Conception Secrets Review

Conception Secrets was written by Gracie Chamberlain, who became pregnant against all odds at 37 after a miscarriage and the heart break of losing her 6 year old daughter in an accident. Gracie is not a doctor but she knows how to increase your chances of getting pregnant naturally. She quotes a lot of credible sources in her eBook therefore reading her advice does not feel like I am reading a bunch of superstitious practices.

I was still sceptical about the eBook but I decided to check it out to see if I could learn a few things about pregnancy I didn’t already know.

Conception Secrets has a total of 52 pages inclusive of the content page and other non-content pages. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the book. It was written in an easy to read manner and I did not have any difficulty understanding what Gracie was trying to convey.

The first chapter is a repeat of Gracie’s web site. Katie is her late daughter and she talks about how her death affected her and even caused her to suffer a miscarriage due to stress and depression. It seems like this unfortunate event caused her to want to give birth to another child desperately.

Chapters 2 to 5 are things you and your husband can do to increase your fertility. Things like what to eat, what not to eat and how to have “pregnancy sex”. This is a lot of work! You must be willing to make some drastic lifestyle changes to make this work. There isn’t any magic pill to get pregnant so if you’re looking for one in this eBook, forget it.

Chapter 6 is rather interesting. If all else fails, you may get a doctor to do all the artificial stuff to help you get pregnant. Hopefully, you will not need to go to that extent but if you really need to, Gracie does a good job of informing you about all the available options.

Chapter 7 is for people who believe in alternative treatments. Most of the advice in this chapter contains something about Chinese medical systems. If you believe in that, you might be interested to give it a go.

Chapter 8 is about Gracie’s discovery on what she feels was her missing link to getting pregnant. She also mentioned someone else’s story on their missing link and how it did not work for her. Will Gracie’s discovery work for you? I do not know. It’s probably worth a try.

The last chapter is a general outline of what a pregnant woman can expect during the full course of her pregnancy. Nothing much here but it is nice to know.

Conclusion

I believe Conception Secrets is a great place to start your pregnancy education. It would take you a lot of time to research these things yourself and now you have it nicely packaged into a short eBook. As I mentioned earlier, applying the information in Conception Secrets is going to take you a lot of work. If you’re OK with putting in effort to change your lifestyle, this book is for you. If not, you’ll have to look somewhere else.
