My web host gave me loads of problems in the past 2 days. Firstly, they claimed my personal IP address was banned from visiting my own web site. I found out that was untrue as my friend could not access this web site too.

Then they told me my web site was hacked! What the hell? Who would want to hack my pregnancy site? Furthermore, I could not FTP to my own site. It took them 2 days to finally let me FTP my files back to the server. Thankfully I could restore the web site from my personal backups instead of my web host’s backups, which could mean goodbye to my web site if I didn’t backup the database and files myself. Their support is sooooooooo terrible you wouldn’t believe it!

I just updated my WordPress version to the latest 2.3.1 build. I hope that will stop the hacker from hacking in again, if there really is a hacker involved in this. I guess it is time to move to a new web host. MadRooster, my current web host is getting from bad to worse!

I hope someone sees this blog post. Here’s my MadRooster hosting review:

• Terrible support - They take almost a day to reply and when they do, it is usually vague and does not help. I tried to reply to their vague reply and they take another day to replay with another vague reply. Oh yeah.. They just quit taking telephone calls. I wonder if their support team has been outsourced to lousy freelancers who know nothing about running web servers.

They were good for almost 2 years for me. Then they started going downhill. Stay away from them!

I just added a birthing center natural childbirth video to the natural childbirth video page. This makes a total of 4 videos in addition to the 3 I submitted early last month.

This is my first post to my web site with videos. I found three free videos of natural childbirth on Youtube and I want to share them on my web site. If you have never seen water births, vaginal births and cesarean births in your life, this will be a very good introduction to the childbirth process.

Please be aware that the third video does contain nudity scenes and if you are not above 18 or the legal age in your country to view videos like these, please avoid clicking on the play button of the third video. The first two videos seem fine as no private parts are revealed.
